Taxing oil and gas extraction in Denmark depends on when the entity has been granted permission to conduct work.
January 1st 2004 is the deadline.
- for the concessions granted before 2004 the tax value from extracting carbon oxides is 70 percent
- for the concessions granted since 2004 the tax value from extracting carbon oxides is 52 percent.
Apart from that the companies engaged in exploration and extraction of carbon oxides are subject to the CIT tax which is 25 percent.
